We purchase a property five years ago from a relative when they were trying to sell it because they need money to pay for the bank loan for their other house. It was just a month after our wedding so we are kind of low on funds that time but hubby really wants to purchase the property as it is the only property left of our clan and so Howell doesn’t want it to end up in other’s hands.

So we filed for a bank loan so we can purchase the property. Hubby said that it is all worth it since 1) at least we were able to preserve the last property owned by the Santos family 2) we were able to help our relatives since they were able to pay their loan to the bank to save their property which is already due for foreclosure and 3) this is a good investment for us. So it is really a win-win scenario for both parties.

But after five years and we are almost finish with the loan, we are hearing a lot of issues which is really irritating to hear and it is kind of painful especially if it is coming from a relative and from someone whom we were able to help. If only I have known that purchasing this land will bring plenty of issues and will just cause us headache, then I would have opted to buy gold coins instead as our investment instead of investing in a property which actually we haven’t use in the past five years because we allowed a relative to stay there as he has no place to stay.

But I guess we should not mind whatever we are hearing. We have all the legal documents to claim the right to the property and all was done in a legal way so no matter what issues they throw to us, the property belongs to us.
