Last Saturday, my family and I together with Peachy and Thea’s family all headed south to be with our other MBAP sisters for the MBAP’s Summer Outing. We have been preparing for this for months now (thanks to Jacqui who is our official events organizer and to Jane for letting us use her membership at the Tagaytay Highlands) and so we are all so excited when it was already days before the event.

We have been exchanging emails non stop days before May 16 to discuss our plans, to make schedules, and to finalize all the details for the day. We all had fun (especially the kids and the daddies) and we all agree that one whole day is really not enough (that is why we are already planning for our next meet up this June. LOL.)

Our day was so hectic. Look at all the activities that we had for the day:

* We went to the Mini Zoo (Bela really enjoyed this).
* Then the daddies played basketball while the mommies were busy making chika and entertaining the kids
* Then we had a sumptuous buffet lunch.
* Majority of the kids went swimming. Almost all the mommies did not take a dip at the pool, I included (I was not able to take Liporexall and so I did not find the courage to wear my swimsuit. LOL)
* We went fishing after that
* Then we had our merienda
* Some families tried the cable car ride
* We had dinner at Max’s restaurant with Joy, Thea, Kathy, Aggie and Alpha’s family before finally calling it a day.

Jacqui organized another MBAP meeting last Friday. I really wanted to come as I like to meet up with the girls before Christmas and I specially miss having a personal chat with them. I get to talk to them via text or email but it would be a whole lot different if we chat in person.

These were their itinerary:

12:00 – 1:30 pm Lunch at Greenbelt
2:15 pm Watch Twilight
4:30 – 6: 30pm Shopping (This would be a perfect opportunity for me to check out the lcd monitor at Avant that I am eyeing to buy)
6:30 pm Dinner
8:00 pm Coffee or Foot spa

Last Friday was Bela’s Christmas party at school so I can’t make it even if I get off from work by 1:30. Then there was a big rally along Ayala and since hubby has a wedding coverage that day, I got scared that I might have a hard time going home because of the rally so I decided to go home with my dad after Bela’s party.

I heard Peachy, Joy, Jacqui and Jody had a blast specially when they visited the LV and Gucci store. So who brought home with something from these stores?

Too bad I was not able to go. I am sure the girls had fun. Hope I will be able to make it next time.

We attended Bianca’s 2nd birthday party yesterday at Shakey’s Katipunan. Bela was able to take a nap on our way there so she was in the mood for a party. She even participated in the games, had a glitter tattoo where she herself selected the design that she wants, joined the kids when it is time to sing the happy birthday song, for Bianca and she even had a picture with Dora the Mascot.

It was really a very fun party and even though it was raining hard, you can really see how much Jody and Dicky’s friends love them so much since the party was well attended.

Bela really had a blast and she brought home with her lots of prizes from the games and she really loves her new lunch bag. In fact she immediately asked her nanny to open it for her and she quickly munches on the goodies inside the bag.

Thanks for inviting us sis. We really had fun. Howell is again the official photographer for this party but I will wait for Jody to post the pictures first. (And besides my slow laptop will definitely scream for a memory upgrade if I want to view all the pictures from the party as Howell took hundreds of photos yesterday.)

We just got back from Sam’s (of Jacqui and Mike) 4th birthday party. The party was really fun as I can see that all the adults and kids really had a great time.

Bela was kind of cranky right after the party started since she was so sleepy already but she refuse to close her eyes because she can see how much the kids are enjoying the party. Good thing Jacqui was able to make her stop crying after she gave her a dog balloon sculpture. So she warm up a bit and so Bela was able to join the last activities like the pabitin for the kids. (Bela was so happy when she got the sticker from the pabitin.)

I was also able to meet up with Apple, Adrian and Austin and Jody, Dicky, Margaux and Bianca though I was not able to chat with them that much during the party as we are at the other side majority of the time since Bela is really not in the mood.

Congrats sis for pulling another successful party. Super ok ang Mc Do venue mo. The hosts are really good and they kept the party alive and the venue was really spacious. Bela loved her director’s chair so much and she really enjoyed all the balloons that we were able to bring home from the party. Thanks for inviting us. We really had fun and promise next year I will follow your advice and I will try a McDonald’s party for Bela. LOL.

I was supposed to be at work today but I decided to use my authorized holiday leave instead so I can have time to rest since I know I will have one hectic day on the 24th. Howell has a prenuptial pictorial today. Bela and I initially wanted to go with Howell but since Bela has slight coughs and colds, we decided to just stay at home. And it looks like Bela is still tired from yesterday’s activities as she had a long afternoon nap and went to bed early. I too was able to just laze around the whole day and spend some bonding time with Bela. I even got the chance to had my nails done.

Long weekend is almost over. I can’t believe that three days just passed like that and I’m back to reality tomorrow. Oh well, I guess life is really like that.

I missed again the hot mommas meeting for this month. So sorry guys. I really would want to go but since I have to be with my mom, I was not able to. Hope I can really make it to our next month’s meeting. Hope I would still be able to see Apols before she leaves. Apols I still haveyour gift. LOL.

I’ll be waiting for your chikas, pictures and stories. I wonder what the topic was for this month’s meeting.

Jane, I’ll wait for the next meeting that you will be organizing. Hopefully, I will be able to attend this time.

Hi mga blogging mommies. Howell, Bela & I had fun at our party last night. Finally, na meet ko na din kayo in person. Sayang lang di ako gaano nakapag table hop at medyo may toyo si Bela (may sipon at ubo kse eh).

Thanks again to Apols for organizing the party for us. Thanks sis, we owe you big time. Sa uulitin ha….hehehe…
