This picture was taken by my husband as part of his entry to the Biay Festival Contest sponsored by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority. (You can check my other blog for the other entry that he submitted which landed in the finals). This is taken at the Mangroves in Subic Bay.
My dad used to drive around Subic and so he is familiar with the area. And so he brought my husband to this place so my husband can take a picture of it for the contest.
