Due to the expensive price of gasoline, more motorists are switching to motorcycle as their means of transportation. You can’t blame them since they really save a lot on gas if they use a motorcycle compared to using a car. Plus it is a very effective way to avoid traffic.
But did you know that a big number of vehicular accidents include motorcycles? I heard from the news that it is one of the top causes of accidents and deaths. Just recently, my mom’s friend lost his son because of a motorcycle accident. They where driving along the freeway when a passenger bus hit them. The second passenger riding the motorcycle survived the accident, but unfortunately the son of my mom’s friend didn’t make it.
It was a very tragic accident since the boy is graduating from college in just a few months. And the sad part is they didn’t even get anything from the bus company. If only they got the service of a San Antonio personal injury lawyer, they would have gotten a good representation in court so they can get claims from the bus company that will help them with their financial recovery.
